The glow was a simple brush effect on Photoshop and the shading was too, it's all about opacity on the brush if you have photoshop or something similar so, try it! It's dead easy i promise!

As I say, done in PowerPoint! It's such a simple program actually! Good for tracing a pencil drawing and really getting block colour in there, and, unlike some programs, it's not gonna kill ya if you have loads of bits and bobs all over the place!
It's dead easy to draw with, If you have it, just use the freeform tool and that'll do anything pretty well.
If ya don't have it, I'm sure something like Limewire or Bearshare might.

don't worry about that i have a good eye at looking at things so does she have special powers i should know about mabe i can create that like i do with some of my characters

Yep, she's a materialized computer program, whcih basically means; regeneration, speed, strenth and reflexes. She is an expert with guns and swords of the kind but prefers heavier weapons. HEr attitude is kinda cold towards enemies but really warm towards team-mates.

Cool! I've only used it for about three months, prior to that I used Corel Paintshop Pro.
